Google Workspace for Education is a collection of web-based applications provided by Google. The core set of apps provided through Anderson’s G Suite includes:

How do I access AU G Suite?

Can I use G Suite with a mobile device?
Yes. G Suite works on almost all mobile devices. For more information, visit this website.
Will AU backup my Google Drive files?
No. Users are fully responsible for the maintenance, management, and backup of any files with Google Drive.
How much storage is available on Google Drive?
You have an unlimited amount of storage space in Google Drive.
Will G Suite be integrated with Canvas?
The integration of Canvas and G Suite is being explored. The integration is, however, extremely new and will not be deployed until testing is completed.
What types of support are available to me with G Suite?
G Suite is third party service that is maintained by Google. AU’s only role will be to keep the connection between AU’s authentication platform and Google active.
Is Gmail included?
No. Anderson uses Exchange/Outlook for its email solution.
What happens if I leave Anderson?
Your AU G Suite account is connected to your AU credentials. If you leave Anderson you will no longer have access to AU G Suite. Please back up all your documents and/or work and plan accordingly.
