What is the Makerspace?

The AU Makerspace is a hub for students and faculty to experiment, build, and learn through machines, technology, and good old fashioned ingenuity.

Whether your project is professional or personal, simple or complex, the Makerspace has something to help make it a reality.

Monday - Friday

8:30am -6:00pm

How do I get started?

1. Review the policies and waiver.

 

2.  Register as a user of the Makerspace.

​

3.  Find a machine or space you want to use.

​

4. Reserve that machine and go to town!
